World War I Memorial

The memorial is located adjacent to the Greene County Historical Society and Greene County Tennis Courts, at the intersection of Rolling Meadows Road and Garards Fort Road, in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania.

Memory Medallion Profiles

Flowering pear trees planted along the access sidewalk remember each of the 58 fallen soldiers. At each tree is a solar powered garden lantern displaying a Memory Medallion that shares the picture and life profile information of each soldier.
